It can be a confusing experience getting quotes from various companies but right from the start we trusted and were confident with the quote - no pretend sales just a fair competitive price. Fitters were great. We did have a few issues along the way, nothing to do with the quality of the product or installation but Darren (the owner) listened and went above and beyond to find a solution. Very happy customers who would highly recommend the company, and will be returning for any future work needed!!

I would highly recommend Glazedale. I had 3 fitters who were exceptional with their attention to detail, they came across some challenges with the installation and they persevered until it was just right. A year ago I used a different company to install my doors & the comparison is unbelievable. I just wish I had gone to Glazedale instead. Cannot fault this company Kate & Andy Roberts

New orangery installed. The price was the best one, we did have a few quotes. Everything was very well organized, very slick, we were kept up to date with all decisions. The project started on the given date, and finished at the given time. I’m pleased we chose Glazdale.

Sales rep was lovely, no hard sell and patient approach. Clear communication regarding installation dates. Windows and new sills were fitted with numerous issues. Workers used our bluetooth speakers and microwave in our absence although did tell us on our return home. We were extremely dissatisfied and was not the service we expected from them. Our complaint was immediately validated, the company agreed this was not their usual level of workmanship. Workers returned at a mutually agreed time, the glass was replaced as were the sills and the finish was redone to a much higher standard.

We are very pleased with this company, this is the second time we have used them, they fitted 2 new doors the first time, and today they fitted new patio doors, they have done an amazing job both times. We are definitely going to book them again for our windows.

Glazedale was recommended by a friend, and I was not disappointed. They arrived first thing in the morning, very punctual and the 2 guys very polite. The weather was dreadful, but they finished the job in good time. They cleaned up after themselves after the installation. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the door and. Will definitely use this company again.
