  Good timekeeping and courteous bunch. However workmanship below expectations. Main reason for work was to reduce window drafts and heat loss. As per their motto why replace when you can repair? Unfortunately they fitted 3 new hinges on back door and have now been round twice since to adjust yet we are still having issues locking the door. Very helpful throughout and have fitted additional latches for security when lock doesn’t work- but we now have a temperamental lock that we didn’t have before?! We paid a lot of money for this

• Conservatory leak

  We had a bad leak in our conservatory rood and with bad weather on the horizon we needed an urgent fix. Glaze-fix were fantastic from the first phone call to Mason coming out. They arrived early which was great, quickly identified the leak and fixed it within and hour. They talked me through what had caused the leak and how they had fixed it. The price was reasonable and they were constantly cleaning up after themselves. We have had heavy rain since and no more leaks. Definitely will recommend them and use their services again.

• Release double glazed door's jammed locking mechanism.

  A curtain became jammed in the double-glazed door’s locking mechanism rendering it impossible to open without using undue force, with the possibility of causing damage to the door. Glaze-fix made a timely appointment which the engineer promptly kept. He quickly assessed the situation and without causing damage to the door he extracted the curtain releasing the locking mechanism, returning the door to its original serviceable condition.

• Replace hinges on a double glazed window

  Brilliant work by Mason and Matt. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a credit to the company they work for. If you have any problems with your double glazing just call Glaze-fix. There is no need to have a whole window frame replaced when your older double glazing begins to deteriorate. You might just need a hinge replacing or a window panel changing. Don’t get ripped off by your original glazing company. Very highly recommended.

  They did a good job as always, definitely very expensive for the work carried out though. It was about £650 for 2 guys and 1 hour of work. The replacement window was 140 plus VAT of that (which I was happy with)
