Gary was friendly from the outset and helpful talking through the planned works. His quote was very reasonable and only increased 5% despite changes to the plan. During the process he was punctual, communicative and kept the house as neat and tidy as he could. He was very accommodating as things altered, and completed the work to a very high standard in the expected time. I'd happily have Gary back to do further work in my house.

Gary completely renovated our main bathroom, including the bath, shower, sink and toilet, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the start, he made excellent recommendations for sanitaryware that would both suit the space and look great. Where I wanted to choose a different style, he guided me on the right sizes and types to make sure everything worked perfectly. Our house is very old, so there were some challenging pipework issues to work around, but Gary always discussed the options with me and involved me in the design decisions rather than just making changes without consultatio

Gary is brilliant at what he does, he’s very reliable and great with communication, we had lots of queries before and throughout our bathroom refit which he always replied to and gave recommendations. The work has been completed to a very high standard and was done in a timely and tidy manner. We’re extremely happy with our end result, and couldn’t recommend Gary enough.

I wanted to share my appreciation for Gary’s outstanding work on my en suite. He recently completed the project to a very high standard, and I am thoroughly pleased with his professionalism, capability and work ethic. Gary was consistently reliable; always arriving when he said he would, including for quotes. During the project there were a couple of significant curve balls, which were entirely my fault. Gary handled these challenges with remarkable good nature. I have since recommended him to two friends for their bathroom projects. His dedication and excellence deserve recognition.

Gary refitted our bathroom, removing and installing everything from scratch. We’re so pleased with the quality of the work and the overall finish. It was a pleasure having him in our home, he was very respectful and friendly. We would recommend him to anyone and will definitely get him back for any future work we need.

Having used Gary before, I was very confident in his workmanship. He did a complete refit of the cloakroom which, apart from plumbing, involved replacing the floor due to water damage from a leak we’d had, and he did a great job on that too. It was a small room for him to work in but he coped well. He’s a very organised and tidy worker, clearing up at the end of each day. He regularly communicates progress and is pleasant and friendly so it was a pleasure to have him working here. His attention to detail is good. Nothing is too much trouble to achieve a perfect result, which we now have.
