Turns up when convenient and took 5 days to do. Quoted to do further work at a cost of £5000. When I told him I could get a full rewire for this he claimed it was due to the area I live in. I asked for the receipts for the alarm as he found a fault on it when fitting. He said he can’t provide receipts and he guarantees the work. A few weeks later the alarm is triggering all day and he states he’s too busy to help and needs a Honeywell engineer. I deactivate the alarm he now says warranty is void! Ive also been advised that the certificate is incorrect!

Glen was very kind to fit us in before Christmas for this last minute job. He did a fab job of getting a new circuit installed for our cooker as well as doing an extra job on the day which meant our extraction hood which hasn't worked for 9 years was full functional. I would definitely have Glen back for any further electrical work we might need in the future. He was very friendly and good to have a chat with too!

Glen provided good advice to solve our light issues with a north facing kitchen. He explained the issues clearly and provided first class service when doing the remedial work. Very professional and friendly - would recommend.
