Dealing with John has been a pleasure, great advice, detailed and fully itemised quote, nothing was too much trouble and everything was fully explained and we were kept informed of every step. John kept disruption to a minimum and was extremely clean and tidy. John fitted a new bathroom in my loft and replaced all the radiators and towel rails, as well as rebalancing the central heating system. He is an absolute professional with fantastic attention to detail. His knowledge is vast. Nothing was too much trouble for John and he provided guidance and advice throughout the whole process. I needed a Bathroom stripped out and replaced. I discovered Go Shower on checkatrade and was impressed by the reviews. I phoned and spoke to John directly, I could tell just from speaking to him how knowledgeable he was. John visited the address and provided me with a competitive quote. The property is rented out and John communicated directly with the Tenants. John was able to complete the work within a tight deadline and it was done to an extremely high standard with a 12 months warranty. As a landlord it was very stress free and I have used Go Shower subsequently for other properties.

From the moment I made contact over the phone, right through to the ongoing support that he has continued to give us, John has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of his trade (and others) is exceptional and the standard of his work is impeccable. His communication skills are first class, not only in the organising of logistics, but throughout the job. He consistently explained to me and other family members why, how and what, he was doing throughout the process in its entirety.
