New excellent quality shower was supplied and fitted quickly and without mess. Additional safety items were added following discussions. Professional service throughout.

I needed a Bathroom stripped out and replaced. I discovered Go Shower on checkatrade and was impressed by the reviews. I phoned and spoke to John directly, I could tell just from speaking to him how knowledgeable he was. John visited the address and provided me with a competitive quote. The property is rented out and John communicated directly with the Tenants. John was able to complete the work within a tight deadline and it was done to an extremely high standard with a 12 months warranty. As a landlord it was very stress free and I have used Go Shower subsequently for other properties.

From the moment I made contact over the phone, right through to the ongoing support that he has continued to give us, John has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of his trade (and others) is exceptional and the standard of his work is impeccable. His communication skills are first class, not only in the organising of logistics, but throughout the job. He consistently explained to me and other family members why, how and what, he was doing throughout the process in its entirety. He clearly understands the need for functionality, but also has a great eye for aesthetics too.

Excellent work carried out by John. He fitted a new shower, new toilet and three new sinks for us. Really happy with all of the work. John went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Excellent communication and really reliable. So glad to have found a great plumber!
