Very prompt ! He (sorry, I don’t recall his name) came within about 20 minutes, changed the cylinder and checked/sorted out another couple of locks, too. Bey pleasant, helpful - would use him again.

Brilliant service, called me within minutes of putting request out and was here within 30 minutes with door fixed straight away.

Conservatory door would not unlock. Phil responded promptly and was able to get the door open. He didn’t have the necessary part to complete the job, but returned the next morning to finish off. Would highly recommend.
