  Chris was professional from start to finish, explaining each step of the process of the boiler change and pipework for the underfloor heating system. This included altering pipe work within the roof space and airing cupboard

  Disconnected and reconnected our gas hob and sink.

  Chris came and disconnected our gas hob and sink prior to us having a kitchen fitted. He then came back to reconnect both. Chris can’t be faulted, always pleasant to deal with. Registered our hob at the time of installation.

  New bathroom

  Chris was helpful from the beginning when discussing and quoting our bathroom. Him and Paul were always tidy and involved me in any decisions. They communicated when they would be with us and when they would need to turn off water or electrics etc as we were working from home mostly. The price charged was always clear and matched our quote except for anything extra needed (which was discussed at the time). Quality of work was really good (& I am fussy!); couldn't ask for better! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone (& already have!)

  Installation of water softener

  Fitting full complex heating system

  Chris came to ours to have a look around and give us a quote via email a few days later. We had a complex multi zoned single pipe system. Chris and Paul worked tirelessly to sort out all the problems that came with our old system and left us with a fantastic new system with all brand new radiators, a top notch boiler and a system that meets all our unique requirements.
