Outstanding job. Moving out of a 3rd floor flat (no lift, narrow stair cases with LOTS of turns) into a three story town house was always going to be tricky, and then throw in blistering heat, and incredibly short notice. Ben however was not only speedy with responses and communication, he was out to assess the job before hand which really put me at ease. On moving day, the workmen couldn't have been better - great communication, no job was too much for them, and considering the heat and huge, awkward bits of furnature, were friendly and incredibly consciencious of my things. Amazing team.

Ben and his team provided an excellent, professional service from start to finish. Ben arrived to inspect our home and provided a comprehensive quotation which we happily accepted over other removals companies because he was likeable, honest and sincere. On removals day he and his team arrived on time and quickly organised themselves with impressive expertise which made us feel confident that our personal possessions were safe with them. On arrival in Ilfracombe they unloaded the vans quickly carefully and efficiently without a single problem. We can thoroughly recommend Ben and the team!

Communication was excellent. They arrived on time at one end and helped out at the other to get the boxes into the right rooms.

Ben could not have done more to make the whole move simple, well planned and easy. He is a friendly, genuine and relaxed guy. Very good experience and it all got done in under 3 hours.

The team moved us from Portslade to just outside of Welwyn. From start to finish the whole team were exceptional. Quote was super accurate. Packing service was great and everything cleary labelled. We had a few delicate items which all arrived safely. On the day removal service was incredibly efficient. We didn't get our keys untill after 4 but it wasn't an issue. Finally, they are just a really nice, friendly and trustworthy team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free move!
