5Verified ReviewWork man climbed on the safe to get by rather than walking around, took 10 minutes looking for bolts in his van and then fitted bolts that were too large so did not sit flush and allow for the bolt covers to be placed on top. Noticed after he left there was some small damage to my floor . I rang to speak to him but he asked the office to call who said they wold need to pass on my concerns to Andy the owner. Andy did call me the next day but sadly his customer was very poor, he was very defensive and came across and patronising and arrogant and very dismissive. Poor experience over all.

I had a courtesy call prior to the visit and when they attended the guys were very courteous and professional. Everything was explained as they went along, and they did not leave my premises until they had triple checked that everything was working as it should and that I was happy. Highly recommended…. Do not go anywhere else for lock or window issues

10Danny came out at the weekend to change all locks on external doors, as we’ve just moved into the property. Grays were very professional in arranging the booking and to Danny turning up on time as agreed and completing work very swiftly and to a high standard. Also adjusting a few hinges to make the door easier to use. Great service all round 5*
