    This company installed solar panels for us. From start to finish they were polite, professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They organised everything, from the initial survey and scaffolding installation, to the subsequent fitting of the solar panels and the final paperwork. It was a pleasure to do business with them throughout, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

  • Poor response, incorrect information used

    I phoned Greencap re a solar panel quote and spoke to a lady in the office who didnt know much about the panels. I was told to submit email. I did this with detail of roof, being dual aspect as well as details of the roof being east/west. Chased quote and was advised my roof was not big enough and not suitable, also that roof faced north. Speaks for itself.

    Andy came to site to give me a quote, as I had two others and was getting conflicting information and the written quotes never backed up what had been said / offered during the surveys. He carried out the survey and then told me the truth, which was that at present installation on my property was not viable at due to shading from chimneys and the building next door, even with optimizers and batteries fitted. Andy was on time, easy to deal and the information he gave was from experience of installing for a long period of time, rather than just being a reseller.

Let Greencap give you an alternative quote from the Councils auction winner. We are not constrained in the panels we can offer you, because we choose panels to suite your property.
