    Painting hallway/stairs/landing/kitchen/shower room

    Chris did an amazing job painting our house. It was a lot of work painting the hallway/stairs/landing/kitchen and shower room but he did it to a very high standard. Our house looks brand new again! Chris was also courteous and approachable and kept us informed about when he was coming. He always ensured the place was left in clean and tidy at the end of the day. His prices were reasonable considering the high standard tandard of work. We would highly recommend him.

    From first contact for a quote, to the end of the job, Chris was polite, reliable and timely. The job was carried out to a high standard and both Chris and his colleague were very helpful and courteous. We were very satisfied with the way the painting turned out and both decorators worked hard to get the job completed quickly.

    Chris has basically painted and decorated our whole house since we moved in 5 years ago! Most recently our daughter’s new bedroom. We keep using him because he’s brilliant! Lovely guy, so helpful and friendly and great at what he does. We would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Grey Renovations was founded in 2014, initially as a one man business with a City and Guilds in painting and decorating and years of practical experience. Since then we have started to build up a loyal customer base in the Leigh, West Cliff, Upminster ,Basildon and the Brentwood area (and sometimes further a field in Essex and Kent through recommendations ). I now have another full time member of staff who enables me to offer a wider range of services and take on larger jobs.

Most aspects of carpentry can be undertaken (wooden floors, door hanging, skirting boards, decking to name a few) and tiling for kitchens and bathrooms (wall and floors). On certain jobs or when the work needs additional people due to size or the need to get the work finished for a dead line, we have the luxury of being able to call on experienced professionals we trust.

I like to treat customers, their properties and the work carried out with the respect and care as I would be in my own home. We are now lucky to have private and commercial customers and many landlords who call on us to not only to decorate but maintain their properties.

Interior and exterior work is carried out, lining wall papering and feature walls.

All size jobs considered and undertaken. All of our jobs are undertaken using a dustless sanding system
