Fantastic Team, Highly Recommend!
Joe and the team at Grifford Interiors have done a brilliant job transforming our dormer bungalow, including adding a first floor, various improvements throughout the house and groundwork for the kids’ outdoor play area and our entertaining space. Joe has been fantastic throughout, always approachable, helpful and happy to accommodate our ideas. The lads have been great to have around, and we’re really pleased with the quality of their work. Would highly recommend!Verified reviewerJob location: HG510 Extensions / Conversions

Highly recommend
We couldn’t recommend Grifford Interiors highly enough! They’ve completed numerous projects in our home, from completely transforming our lounge and bathrooms to our children’s playground, new driveway and electric gates, and a full first-floor extension and conversion. Every project has been seamless, exceptionally well organised and finished to the highest standard. The team are incredibly talented workmen who take real pride in their craft. They genuinely care about achieving the best results and go above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and wouldn’t go anywhere else!Verified reviewerJob location: HG510 Building Merchants

Conifers dug out, brick wall built and electric gate
Joe from grifford came to measure up he asked me what I had in mind. Joe was polite and knew what he was talking about. I felt at ease with Joe and trusted him. The work force that worked for Joe was always on time, was always polite and went up and beyond to help as I am disabled. The work that was carried out went like clock work. Joe came out to check on the work and his men but also kept in touch with me either face to face or by phone to see if I was happy and what the next stages would be. I would highly recommend grifford.Job location: LS179.67 Extensions / Conversions

Kitchen extension with glass doors
Joe listened carefully to our requirements but was proactive with alternative ideas and advice. Work was always ahead of payment requests. His team arrived as builders and parted as friends.Verified reviewerJob location: HG310 Builder

Garage conversion to office
From start to finish Grifford Interiors were very professional and very polite. They always put us first as the customer, they communicated very well and all of their team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Added to that they complete the works to an extremely high standard. Keep up the good work. They definitely differ from most and take pride in their work and always quick to fix any issues (there weren’t many) also kept everything tidy and respected our property.Verified reviewerJob location: LS2010 General Building

If you decide Grifford Interiors are to carry out your renovations, we are committed to delivering the best possible service and throughout the work being carried out we abide by 3 simple rules…
• Treat your home like our own
• Only produce work we would have in our own home
• Make your dream space come to life
1. Treat your home like our own.
WE ALWAYS treat your home like it's ours. We keep it clean and tidy with all floors completely covered with roll n stroll ONLY. This is the best protector and is also non-slip. At the end of every working day we have a good tidy and get organised for the following day. Don’t be surprised if we ask to borrow a hoover! At the end of every job we have a deep clean and leave as we found.
2. Only produce work we would have in our own home.
WE ONLY are happy when we are producing quality work. We (me and my small team) are highly efficient in our work. Not looking for a mass turn out of jobs BUT rather every job controlled, project managed & of course to be of a very high standard. 15 - 20 jobs on the go is carnage, I know even the big companies are subcontracting trades people in who cannot deliver what’s being sold to them to cope with demand. This is where the problems begin.
Grifford interiors does not sub contract various random trades people to carry out your Building Work. This then becomes the start of a very happy customer network and long-lasting working friendship.
Rest Assured
You can rest assured when it comes to the pricing side of things as we have in house Quantity Surveyor. We leave no stone unturned and cover all bases to give you an informed, deep insight into what your project requires and helping the client understand the cost. Although unexpected costs can and do arise we make sure we explain all possible pit falls in advance and assign a sensible contingency, this aids you to make informed decisions before starting and taking all stress out of possible unforeseen extra work. Estimates/quotes are fully itemised showing all aspects of build up.
We hope to hear from you soon.
Regards
Joseph Griffin.
