Resolving broken back door lock

Contacted Geoff early morning and he arrived within 40 mins. Backwards and forwards to retailers ensuring he had correct lock, nothing was too much trouble. He took his time making sure everything worked as it should. Definitely recommend. Thank you Geoff

Opening a UPVC door and replacing parts

Geoff was very clear from the beginning of our communication, heeamtioned what he expected the problem to be and gave me a rough price at that point which was very helpful. He was reliable and turned up when he said he would. He completed the work very competently and checked it's success carefully to ensure the door would open in future. He communicated with me throughout and explained what needed doing at each stage. He was respectful, friendly and easy to talk to. I was very impressed with his service and would use him again. Fitting replacement locks

Geoff was working locally and called round to look at my problem. He realised that my front door lock needed replacing and that the alignment of the door was also a problem as the bolts were not acting which meant that the door wasn’t locking properly. He corrected the alignment and fitted a new lock to ensure that the house is now secure. At all times he explained what was needed and let me know the alternatives as to the level of security. While at the house he also changed a side door lock which was playing up. I was very pleased with his service and would recommend him.
