Happy with the curtain and carpet cleaning. But the kitchen floor when wiped immediately after they were done was still dirty. The tile floor in the conservatory is cleaner than it was but the chemicals used left white marks on the tiles which were quite hard to remove and are still faintly visible. When told GRS were suitably apologetic and offered to return and re-do the floors but we didn’t feel that was what we wanted. Unusually, we had to pay in full before the job was done and getting a receipt took a while! A company which provides a good service but this time, not to perfection.

Gareth and his wife were very professional, arrived on time and done a fantastic job. Highly recommend GRS for any floor cleaning work needed. We will certainly be using them again.

I was impressed by the speed in which Gareth got back to me following my enquiry. He came and collected the sofa cushions the day before and returned them beautifully clean and dry. He worked hard cleaning the carpets and the rest of the sofa and I am very pleased with the results.

Quick response to our plea for help. Arrived promptly and went straight to work. Performed a miracle and the printer ink stain caused by a rogue Beagle on a light gray carpet disappeared within minutes. Very professional and amazing results at a fair price. Highly recommend.
