Help with lap top and setting up new phone
Always very helpful and friendly and very efficient and reasonably priced
Supplied replacement PC, new external hard drive, backed up and transferred all files.
Gary installed and updated all hard- and soft-ware, advising us on various items, and tried his best to explain what he was doing in understandable terms. He hit a snag on his first visit but completed the work on a second visit and charged a fair price.
I had my email account hacked and although I changed my password I was unable to access my account
Since you cannot contact internet provider, l I was completely reliant on Gary to fix this. He managed to reopen my account within 20 minutes of investigation. Excellent job as it is very stressful when you lose access to modern technology. Thank you Gary

Upgrade of computer to Windows 10
I chose Gary on the basis of his reviews on Checkatrade and he certainly lived up to his reputation. He gave me good advice on the most cost effective way to sort out my IT problem. Because my wife is shielding we're trying to avoid having people in the house, so he took my computer away, upgraded it to Windows 10 and brought it back. All this for a very reasonable price. I wish I'd discovered Gary years ago. He'll certainly be my first port of call if and when I have IT problems in the future.
