  Highly recommended, wonderful cleaning service

  We found Home Sweet Home HouseKeeping through Checkatrade. From the initial contact onwards, Jana was very responsive, attentive and a pleasure to interact with. She visited our place and then quickly arranged a cleaning schedule with Lottie, who has since been very prompt, thorough with her cleaning, and, similarly, a pleasure to work with. We recommend Jana and Lottie for regular house cleaning without hesitation.

  From the outset, Jana has been wonderful to deal with. Responsive, professional, and thorough. She brings such a friendly, positive energy and clearly cares about getting things right. Lottie, who does our weekly cleaning, is calm, diligent, hard-working and genuinely lovely to have around. The quality of the cleaning is excellent, and the whole service feels thoughtful and personal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jana and HSHH.

  Best cleaning service ever!

  HSH is without a doubt the best cleaning company we’ve ever used. Our house is always spotless now! From the moment we first met Jana, I knew we were dealing with a gold start service. The care & attention she puts into matching her cleaners with her clients is next level. Izzy comes to clean our house once a week & she’s just incredible. Always on time, so friendly & polite, such a great character to have around the house. She notices the little things that other cleaners have often overlooked. It’s really changed our lives having her here, if you’re thinking about using HSH, don’t hesitate!

  Pleasant, efficient, thorough, attention to detail

  Jana and her team did a deep clean of the whole house. Jana is a great communicator, very clear about the scope of work, timing and costs, and responds quickly to queries. The team - all very lovely people - arrived promptly, had all the products and equipment they needed, and got straight on with the job. They were extremely efficient and thorough, every inch of the house was cleaned, furniture was moved where possible and Jana personally inspected every team member's work. I could not recommend Jana and her team more highly - their work is of the highest possible calibre.
