As always, Terry does a great job, very thorough and punctual. Thoroughly recommend him and Hampshire Stoves, Tracy in the office arranges calls very quickly.

Terry is excellent and has been servicing our stove for the last 8 years. Really easy to deal with and very clean and tidy. Excellent admin from Tracy too so we're reminded when we're due for a clean and a date is found that is convenient. Many thanks both.

Terry installed our chimney liner a few years ago and we are extremely pleased with it. He has done a great job and was clean and tidy and explained everything we need to know. Since then he has provided an annual clean, checks the stove and carbon monoxide detector each time, I am confident that the stove is safe and in good order for another year after his visit. He is friendly and thorough and does a great job. Tracy always contacts us to arrange the sweep and makes sure that it is at a time convenient to us… it couldn’t be easier. The service feels very personal and is very professional.
