I had 6 plumbers visiting and quoting the job of replacing my old thermo store with system boiler for a combi. All of them said that combi boiler installation is not possible. Hector proved that it is possible and did the job promptly. He took care of getting rid of the old devices and after 2 days the work was complete, we had hot water and upstairs cupboard used to keep my old thermo store became additional storage room. He also discovered a gas leak at the connection of my gas hob, which he fixed free of charge. Very diligent and professional, highly recommend his service.

I would highly recommend HV, we had a new boiler fitted and the work was completed on time and to the costs estimated. We were given a choice of boilers and the merits of each model explained, also he followed up the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. Top job!

Hector and his apprentice attended when asked to investigate a guilty boiler. They quickly identified where the problem was and the consequent damage to major components. In view of the age of the boiler, I decided on replacement rather then repair. We discussed all options thoroughly and I asked Hector to supply my new boiler along with all necessary components as his price was much better then online suppliers.
