I must thank this company for the excellent service provided today. I called them at just gone 9.0am and they completed the job by 12noon. Their skilled engineer could not have been more helpful when dealing with a difficult task and I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and neighbours. Thanks again H&Y.

Someone came to see what the problem is with the chair and quoted us. However the chair was damaged further when he was checking.

Anthony was excellent. He is knowledgeable about furniture repairs, identified the problem quickly and easily, and made the necessary repairs. It's the 2nd time I've used H&Y and I am very happy with their workmanship and efficiency.

From the initial contact to the completion of the service, the experience was extremely professional. I noticed an employee working on another client's project and approached them to inquire about repairing my sofa. The employee was polite and exemplified the company well, providing me with all the necessary information to schedule a service. When I spoke with the lady handling bookings, she too displayed professionalism and friendliness. An appointment was scheduled, and Antony arrived to complete the work. He was amiable and performed the task diligently.

Very neatly done in less than schedule time. Very happy of the outcome. The straps were loose, Anthony replaced them, laid new cover. Wish I had known this company as I had other furniture jobs-- but done by someone (also perfectly done).
