This was probably the best service I’ve ever received. We went from complete panic, as the property is an Air B&B, guest about to check in, and an estate agent viewing the next day. From Start to finish, the problem was resolved in just over an hour. Absolutely amazing service, will never use anyone else again.

Marc is one of the best trade person in Brighton. Extremely kind and helpful every time I went to his shop. Over the years, he also has been attending the house in Adelaide Crescent on many occasions. Each time he was efficient and did a fantastic job. I cannot praise him enough. 5*****

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Polite, knowledgeable ,courteous and inexpensive in today’s climate. I lost a key but had the number and Haines sorted through an extensive array to find a replacement. When the lock which was old, failed he remembered the backstory came out very quickly and solved the problem. All at a very reasonable cost. Excellent service

Mark came out on a Sunday in an hour after agreeing to his quote after our front door lock jammed meaning we couldn’t close or open it. Had the job finished in 20 minutes. Would definitely use again if I was in need of a locksmith.

Mark managed to open a locked Chinese trunk that no one else had managed to. Ended up having to use a screwdriver after trying the keys several times, but no damage done.

Haines were brilliant, sourcing several rounds of key blanks until we finally got one that fit. They also provided me with further spares of these blanks at no extra cost.
