We wanted to show case the ashes urn of our beloved dog who had just passed away. Brian and James were courteous, helpful, kind and considerate. Our expectations were surpassed by the superb quality of workmanship by James who went above and beyond with his thoughtful design including the additional etching of two paws along with our dogs name Barney. Superb. Needed to fix a very large mirror that was knocked off the wall. Called in the afternoon, got a quote in minutes, got the mirror delivered the next morning. Tue whole exercise less than 24 hours. Great price, excellent workmanship. Will never go anywhere else.

We can't recommend Hamilton's glass highly enough. All our communications were promptly and helpfully dealt with, by phone and email. They provided advice about our request - a glass cover for a porthole in order to improve insulation - and carried our our instructions, measurements etc perfectly accurately. The glass was ready within a few days and as we don't have a car, they were happy to deliver. When an issue emerged with the choice of glass, they were happy to replace, no quibbling. We will definitely use them again.
