Excellent technical drawings and fixed-fee clarity

Who We Are:
Hampshire Build Ltd is a professional architectural design practice founded and led by Mark Eden. We bring together residential design expertise, planning knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping homeowners make the most of their space. Every project is personally overseen by the founder.
What We Do:
We specialise in residential extension design from concept to build-ready, including single and double-storey extensions, loft conversions, kitchen extensions, garage conversions and internal remodels.
Our fixed-fee packages cover planning drawings and applications, building regulation drawings, structural calculations, and — on our top packages — contractor vetting, a client-focused building contract, and build-phase support including a staged programme of works, on-site superstructure inspections with written reports, and unlimited structural revisions.
Every package is a single transparent fixed fee agreed before we start, with a small deposit to begin. Council and building control fees are paid separately, directly to the local authority — and planning approval is always the local authority's decision.
