Got into porch door that was stuck shut
Excellent job done: quick and professional. Chap also sorted a stuck window for the same price. Excellent tradesman, can't get any better.
Repair to door locks
There was a problem with both the front door, it had slipped and the locks were not aligned and the sliding back door which had a broken lock, both were repaired and new lock fitted to the back door. A problem with a hinge was identified and a part was going to be sourced, but today the gentleman came back, he had taken advice and the hinge was repaired, which was amazing and much appreciated. I would recommend this company every time, speedy service from call out to repair was 2 hours, very polite, helpful and an excellent job well done. Thank you
Emergency call out - key left inside house
Lifesaver - they arrived really quickly after calling them out, and the job was done in seconds. Avoided the fallout of two children waiting outside the house while we couldn't get in!
Patio door realigned and fixed - wardrobe door lock fixed.
I cannot recommend Tony Mendes enough for the work he has done. He is punctual, friendly, professional and goes the extra mile. He went out of his way to help my granddad and I am so grateful for everything he did. I would highly recommend him. He has also done work for myself and my mum in the past. He is honest, hard working, punctual and all of this at a very fair price. Highly recommend.
Remove broken lock and replace in UPVC door, realign door and realign kitchen door

Gain entrance to a locked bathroom
Timely, polite and extremely efficient service. Thankfully, on this occasion Hampshire Locksmith were able to preserve the lock, so no extra costs have been incurred. Would not hesitate to use Hampshire Locksmith again!
Fix a locked door that could not be unlocked.
The locksmith said he'd be with me at 0900, was here at approx 0845. Having identified the problem, replaced the aged mechanism with a modern unit. Door was fully functional at about 0925. Thoroughly pleasant guy.
