    You installed a new boiler 12m ago perfect service, no complaints. My husband emailed in Oct to arrange a boiler service and quote for new bathroom installation. It took long time for a response but you apologised and suggested a time. Husband replied and a more convenient time was discussed. We tried to confirm the date 3 times and were left unsure if you were attending. You confirmed our address but did not arrive on the stated day. An email to say you couldn't carry out the work would have been appreciated. We would have understood if you were busy and we could have arranged elsewhere.
