Upon returning from a Sunday evening walk I discovered I hadn’t taken the door key with me and was therefore locked out of my house. I called Handy locks for help. The locksmith arrived within 20 minutes and very quickly produced a key to unlock my door. It was such a relief to be able to enter my house, especially as I had thought I wouldn’t find anyone to come out on a Sunday evening!

After calling another supposed local locksmith first for a quote, we decided not to use them, then called Handy Locks who came to look at our lock without a call out fee, talked us through the issue and remedy and with clear pricing, the work was carried out to a high standard and the price was exactly as quoted, would highly recommend.

We moved house and I contacted Andy for quote of changing the locks. He was fast, efficient and responsive to communication. He was affordable and reasonable and gave some advice on a cheap internal door. Overall, great experience would highly recommend.
