Easy to communicate. Seemed very experienced, spotted the cause of the problem very quickly and carried out the work . Left the site clean and tidy. Explained preventive measures. Overall left us with a great deal of satisfaction and trust in the service. The charge set right at the start was very reasonable , with no add on.
