  • Low water pressure

    Unprofessional and no concern for the customer. Took a long time to schedule a visit. When the engineer did attend he was vague in his assessment, moody and seemed uninterested. As he is one of the directors it says a lot about this company. Agreed to all the work they recommended and have paid them hundreds of pounds to address a low water pressure issue. The issue is still unresolved but now they are refusing to do anything further and send argumentative replies to emails stating that "I don't believe them". Believe what exactly, as I had agreed to all the work they proposed?? Avoid.

    Delighted with service - came out quickly to old failed boiler, removed and started sourcing replacement (LPG - not easy to get) - efficient pleasant staff. They have worked for us before (sourcing and fitting new hotwater tank a few years back) - also good service.

    Better price, quicker lead time, and superior service than British Gas was offering. Plus, genuinely nice people to have in the house. While they were doing the installation, they also found a way to solve a decades old plumbing issue that had defeated several others!
