Great experience, very clear communication and consideration about the job. Lots of attention to detail, for example new isolator valves were fitted in a convenient place to let us shut the water off completely in the bathroom. For a smaller job alot of attention was given, which was appreciated 👍

Plumber was very polite, clean and tidy and did a great job.

He was polite, punctual and absolutely brilliant. Came the same day and didn't waste anytime in completing the work. Cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was leak free and tested. Very clearly knew what he was doing and even gave us some advice regarding missing frost protection on our roadside valve and who to contact. Will absolutely use this company again if I need further works completing.

Rang Tom for an emergency repair, he managed to come round very quickly and fix the screw whole in the pipe. Was very happy with quality and price from Tom as he didn’t try to rip me off due to the situation like some other quotes I had
