Unreliable. They gave a competitive quote for repositioning a tile that had slipped but did not turn up to do the job as arranged. When I tried to contact them to find out what was happening and whether they intended to do the job they did not answer my calls or texts. I now have to start the whole process of trying to find another roofer to do the job having declined other firm's quotes when I accepted Hastings Roofing's quote.

Re-positioned our guttering and cleared the downpipe. I got the impression that Roger is a very experienced tradesman and a pleasure to meet.

Repair completed. However water coming in as bady as before. Rang booked Gary to come out and relook, didnt show. Rang at least 5 times no answer or call back. Apalling.

Excellent service from start to finish. A quick response to my initial enquiry with good advice given. My roof was repaired the following day and all the debris removed. I cannot fault this honest and reliable roofer and would highly recommend..

Gary and team are friendly, informative and really put our minds at ease. Very trustworthy and honest traders - quote was very accurate and fair. The job was to put on an entirely new roof tiles for our house, with in keeping tiles, which hadn't been done for over 140yrs previously..! When the job was done, it is now in keeping with the traditional style of the building and safe in the knowledge that it is all sealed and dry once again. I would Highly recommend Hastings Roofing, and will definitely be in contact for another job to be done in the near future.

Gary responded quickly to my enquiry and assessed the damage and carried out the repairs promptly and efficiently. He was helpful and friendly and very reasonable. L am very pleased and satisfied and would highly recommend his services.
