    Replied quickly to enquiry. Visited at time stated. Gave price for job and expectations of area preparation. Gave approximate time of arrival and number of contact if needed. Communicated on day about eta. Arrived and completed task. Communicated all information / advice regarding carpet and follow up precautions to follow until thoroughly dried. Left place clean tidy. Respectful friendly and accommodating throughout .

I specialise in domestic properties from a single room to whole house. Also call outs for a specific stain, e.g. wine spillage, tea, etc.

Method:

The carpets are thoroughly vacuumed, then pre-sprayed, the chemical is agitated into the material, any stains / spots treated before the dirty water is extracted by the powerful Cross-American Jaguar 6.6. Leaving NO sticky residue behind. Superior results and excellent drying times.
