  Communication was excellent, such a fabulous thing in times when many firms don't reply to messages, calls etc. Total respect was given to the customer, again something that can so often be missing, and is so important. And it seems great plummets too!

  Joe returned the call in minutes and arranged a time to sort out my damaged stuck stopcock for the following week, but then called two days later and the job was done using the key code provided, hassle free. Tidy, courteous, perfect job, which was not easy as the fitting was not standard. He was like the Milk Tray man. I was so grateful. Especially this time of year. Highly recommend Joe who I hope can work on my radiators next.

• Replace a Drayton motorised valve

  Our central heating system broke down yesterday morning. We contacted Heat Solutions and Joe was able to come out later yesterday afternoon to replace the motorised valve. He was extremely courteous and we were very pleased with his work.
