We attended this property on behalf of the customer's emergency insurance – on the occasions we attended we found no issue with the Automatic Air Vent , the customer wanted the part changed even though they was no issue with the parts that was already fitted. We called the customer’s emergency insurance who informed us that as they was no emergency at his property they would not authorise the replacement of the part. We have blocked any further attendance to this property as it unnecessarily filled our engineer’s appointment slot when we could have attended properties that were truly in need of our emergency services due these testing times
