• Boiler Installation

  We were pleased with the deal that Danny had extended to us. Alison kept me informed about the timeline, documents and registeration. We were satisfied with the quality work that their colleagues carried during the day especially it's finished within the day than two as told. However, it would have been more helpful if they briefly discuss with us about the installation details including complications. The kitchen gas was supposed to be from the new gas pipeline but it wasn't done as originally discussed. They need to focus more on tidiness and finishing touches of their work.

  Our last boiler was installed by HEH 17 years ago. When we decided to replace our boiler we approached HEH once again. They have provided the same excellent service to install our new boiler today. Always polite and professional.

  HEH came highly recommended by a family member. The service was excellent from start to finish! We’re in the process of refurbing our home and needed a new boiler, extra radiators, repositioning/ replacement of pipe work and removal of a gas fire. Danny is extremely knowledgeable and after discussing our refurb plans, he explained all the options we had and provided us a detailed quote. They did a fantastic job and everything was completed to a very high standard. They were always on time and also left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day.   I used this company when my mums thermostat packed up in September 2022 and was really impressed, I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism of this company. It made sense to call again when my mum had a gas leak. I emailed late on Saturday night asking for a call back. They don’t work Sundays but went out of their way to call me, give advice and book us in. There isn’t anything negative I can say about this company, and I feel 100% confident in them looking after my mum. Always polite, respectful, helpful, so professional. I would recommend every time.

• Install replacement boiler

  Excellent, customer service from start to finish. Danny came out quoted for the work on a Saturday provided the quote on Sunday and job completed 5 days later. Installation was quick and very professional the old boiler was removed no rubbish left behind and I had a very comprehensive tutorial on using the boiler controls that I find myself repeating to others. I would easily choose HEH again in fact I am a return customer over 10 years later HEH have provided the same excellent customer service and value.

  Danny Bishop gave the most professional and informative overview of the process of replacing my boiler, followed by a first class service despite some challenges in my home. They worked long hours and managed to do pipework completely internally. I was very impressed with the end result. Would highly recommend this company.
