    This was a problem relating to our multi-zone wireless thermostat which had gone down and was no longer controlling the heating or allowing us to control through the app. Scott arrived on time and fixed the problem. He also discovered a related problem with one of our heating valves which he replaced there and then. Very happy with the service.

    Excellent service. Arrived promptly and on time. 2 visits - On the first visit he worked hard to get things going while sourcing new parts. On the second visit, with the new parts, worked into the small hours to get the job finished, including identifying a mis-wiring that had been present for 20 years and cleared allot of problems for us! - Continuously cheerful and polite. Scrupulously tidy. Well Done, scott.

    Help for Heating provided an upfront quote and clear documentation once the work was done. Danny came and took most of a day to powerflush our system (3 bed house) and helpfully pointed out a few things about our radiators that could do with improving (Eg: valves) whilst he was there. We immediately noticed a big improvement in the performance of our radiators after the work was done.
