Bathroom refurbishment
We were really impressed with James and have already used him on other jobs. Knows his stuff, polite and when faced with unexpected issues presented solutions rather than problems. Boiler broken down
My boiler broke down on Saturday Morning, a friend of mine recommended Hendon and Hampstead Plumbing, I gave them a call asking if they could do an emergency call out and they were here within the hour. Extremely professional at all times and kept me informed at what him was doing. The problem turned out to be a much bigger problem than initially thought, but was handled excellently and efficiently. Fixed a faulty toilet
My toilet had stopped working. I contacted Hendon and Hampstead Plumbing and the firm was with me within 2 hrs to resolve. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently by James to fix the problem after he had explained the issue clearly. He installed new parts for the cistern and left my bathroom clean and tidy. Replacement of ball valve
We didn’t actually commission the work in the end as unfortunately this team were unable to source the parts we needed at such short notice and so we had to find a plumber who could but had to leave a positive review for them as they were very courteous and helpful and professional and polite.
