Hodges Electrics were engaged to replace an extractor fan to the exterior wall, in an ensuite bathroom. All seemed well until early in February the tenant reported that there were water marks in the ceiling. Management of the flat complex inspected the attic space above the ensuite and found that the duct from the fan was full of water and leaking. The fan installed was incapable of pushing the warm air to the exterior.
