I asked them to simply open up my laptop and clean it of any dust stuck in thermal vents and in the fans and then put it back together. They came back with the facade that it was all done. Only a week later had my fans broken and make this excruciating noise. After this, I took it to get repaired at a different shop where they SHOWED and PHOTOGRAPHED that my laptop had NOT been cleaned out at ALL. This place charged me £60 and not only did they not even clean it, they damaged my fan by putting pressure on it, probably just brushing over it to "clean it" instead of properly disassembling. Bad.

inquired about getting my laptop repaired, was told to call so i did and was told one of their tech guys would call back, they never did. tried messaging and submitting a second request on thier site but also no respose.

Unable to assist given my computer age,but offered contact who helped me.

Excellent service provided by Netserve. They are very helpful and are always courteous.

Young guy came to house and looked at the lap top told me it would need to go into workshop explained what would happen and that I could phone any time for updates. 2 days later got a phone call saying there would be no charge for the workshop part as every thing was up and running when he turned it on and it must of been a update problem or low battery. He went on to say he did not know when the home team could come out and bring it back but it would be soon and the home team would reinstall it. A great service and honest polite team of guys.

From the initial contact, John arranged a time to fit the WI-Fi, arrived on time, fitted and tested the network. I am very happy and would recommend him and his company.
