He didn’t turn up and no communication .  No cancellation , no text or call… nothing .  Because I am a tenant I’m guessing he thought that my time didn’t matter .  My time does matter and I lost a days pay waiting in for this guy when all he had to do was send a brief text saying he couldn’t come .  I was stuck at home with no hot water and a vulnerable adult so some basic decency would have been appreciated and I could have found someone else .  Great professionalism Omar .

Never showed up

Omar was brilliant in what we were lead to believe was a difficult job.  We would highly recommend Omar.

New boiler and central heating in a 3 storey house.

Omar is an incredible engineer.  I threw many challenges at him for my radiator and boiler upgrade but no task was too large, completing all the work to a high standard, accommodating my requests along the way and smiling throughout the process.  Not to mention the competitively priced quote as well!  You have to pick Omar

Removed old radiators.  Put up new radiators in new locations.  Upgraded to combi boiler

Prompt communication, fairly priced quote and worked with a smile!  10/10
