  Installing a boiler

  What we liked about Omar is his knowledge and unflappable manner. No fuss, no rush - just amazing results be it a large job (installing a boiler) or an issue which needed immediate attention. If you need peace of mind after contacting a plumber, we highly, really highly, recommend Omar.

  Never showed up

  He didn’t turn up and no communication . No cancellation , no text or call… nothing . Because I am a tenant I’m guessing he thought that my time didn’t matter . My time does matter and I lost a days pay waiting in for this guy when all he had to do was send a brief text saying he couldn’t come . I was stuck at home with no hot water and a vulnerable adult so some basic decency would have been appreciated and I could have found someone else . Great professionalism Omar .

  Omar is an incredible engineer. I threw many challenges at him for my radiator and boiler upgrade but no task was too large, completing all the work to a high standard, accommodating my requests along the way and smiling throughout the process. Not to mention the competitively priced quote as well! You have to pick Omar
