We recently had our media wall painted and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team did a fantastic job from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were incredibly professional throughout. The attention to detail really stood out — the sanding, painting, and overall finish were done to a very high standard, leaving the media wall looking flawless. Richard came to see the job in mid August and mentioned his availability would be from the end of Sep onwards. I asked him to book me in, but he said he could fit the job in earlier if there was a cancellation. Otherwise, he could do it over a weekend. I messaged him on 27th Sep, and he said he is now busy until Dec and due to a backlog, he will be working weekends as well. It seems like he no longer wants to take on this job.

The decorator did a fantastic job. They were prompt and on-time every morning and finished the job in the time specified. Leaving the room immaculately finished and spotless. I will definitely be using House2Home again.

I can’t say enough positive things about Richard. We hired him to paint doors throughout our house. He completed the job on time and right on spec. Richard is lightening fast, but also extremely tidy with his painting. He offered us a couple of extra days to help on another project which we snapped up! I highly recommend Richard for all decorating jobs.

I cannot praise Richard too highly, the whole experience has been extremely positive. He was very professional and businesslike and sent me an estimate after our initial meeting. He listened carefully to exactly what my expectations were, and always met them. His communication was at all times excellent, for instance messaging me to say that he would have to start one day late and checking that was okay. The standard of his work is excellent, I could see no mistakes at all! And he was a pleasure to have in my home, always thoughtful and respectful of my property. I recommend him unreservedly.

I had put out an ad for a paint job and Richard was very quick to respond and come out to assess a quote. After he had reviewed the work, he provided a quote and realised it was too small and didn’t want to do it. Rather he never got back to me with my queries about the quote and I had to follow up with him a few times. After a few days when I messaged again to schedule the works in this month as he had a cancellation, he then said he’s booked up for 3 months. I find this very unprofessional as he kept me waiting and never got back to me and instead scheduled other customers
