  Extension and top floor remodel

  House Construction have completed a superb building project at our Edwardian semi-detached Brighton home. We are so delighted with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail from the House team. Throughout the project, John and Jake kept us up to date with what was going on and helped us tremendously whenever a decision needed to be made. They were also keen to ensure all loose ends were tied up, so that we were completely satisfied. We could not have expected any better in terms of quality of work and professionalism. Will 100% recommend and use again if the need arises. Fantastic.

  Side return extension and renovation

  We did an extension and house refurb with House and short answer is we absolutely loved working with them and would wholeheartedly recommend. They have very high standards and Luke and John both have a very design minded approach which has meant that they expect and appreciate a high quality finish which has been visible throughout. Communication has been excellent throughout. Probably one of their strongest points as a company! I think we’ve met the majority of the House team at different stages too and I haven’t met a single person who has been anything but polite and respectful.

  Internal refurbishment, alterations and decoration

  Very professional building company. Offered quality craftsmanship throughout our house renovation paying extra attention to detail for all niche areas, following up methodically with any alterations. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

  Extension

  House Construction completed a loft conversion for us 2 years ago. We were so pleased with their work that we knew we wanted to use them again for our recent extension. John, Luke and the rest of the team are always professional and courteous. Their communication was incredibly clear as the build progressed and any questions we had, were dealt with effectively. Any extra tasks we requested were always accommodated and all finishes were completed to a very high standard. The finished extension has exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend House Construction enough.

  Built a sizeable annexe extension to my house

  House Construction recently built a sizeable annexe extension to my house. I cannot praise them enough for the work they did, their professionalism, attention to detail, readiness to please and enthusiasm to do a good job. Their two Directors were very customer friendly and ensured the work was organised carefully, went smoothly and carried out efficiently. Paul, their on-site Project Manager, could not have been more helpful, nothing being too much trouble for him and he often ‘went the extra mile’ to keep me happy. I would highly recommend House to anyone wanting building work done.
