John and Gareth was good throughout. Came to measure up, then Bernard was in touch with the price, there was no pressure and no calling me to see if I wanted to go ahead. John and Gareth was completely honest throughout the process ensuring I knew the wait times on the windows and doors. I wasn’t able to be there on some days due to work commitments but I left them a key to which they came in and cracked on with it and kept me updated throughout. Clean, tidy, reliable and honest and will go the extra mile. If anything was to go wrong I know I could ring them and they would be back out ASAP.

The whole process from quote to completion was a painless experience. John and Gareth, the fitters, did an absolutely first rate job taking care and precision to achieve a fantastic finish. All our questions and emails through the office were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The materials used are of a high quality and look brilliant now fitted. We would have no hesitation in recommending impression mouldings to anyone. Thanks again.

Very pleased with the finished result. We were kept informed throughout with excellent communication. It was important the work was carried out to a strict time frame due to it being a holiday cottage - we were thrilled with how reliable they were, and they took every care to cover all flooring and leave the cottage nice and clean! The new windows and door look fab!

Would recommend!! Competatively priced, professional and did a great job. Even refitted my cat flap at no extra charge and left the place clean and tidy when the work was complete.
