I used this company a few years ago, and they were brilliant. After 27 years, my conservatory floor was in desperate need of replacement. I selected the flooring and contacted Individual Flooring. They attended and prepared the floor. Three days later, Mark and John fitted the flooring. The room has been transformed and is no longer damp and weather-beaten. It looks great. Thank you, I can recommend this company. They know exactly what they are doing and provide a very impressive service.

I recently moved into a property that needed remedial work on the existing sub-floor as well as repairs to LVT flooring in several areas. Once the job was booked, the work was completed to a very high standard. We were extremely impressed with the quality and finish—professional, thorough, and exceeded expectations.
