A fantastic and professional job completed. Paul and his staff arrived promptly at 7:30am and worked steadily throughout the day. They were both friendly and accommodating when there were changes made to the original plan. The end result was far beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company for all your bathroom needs.

Totally painless experience which was a huge relief after struggling with other companies to get best advice. Paul and his assistant Dave were wonderful. Paul gave comprehensive advice on which fixtures to use and works with a good supplier to provide them but will happily go elsewhere to get what you want. He does most of the work himself, all signed off by relevant authorities, and his workmanship is of an impeccable standard. I would recommend the company 100%. As with all the best companies you should expect to book in advance of the work start date and be as flexible as possible.

I had a frustrating problem with my en-suite toilet where the enclosed cistern was constantly trickling water into the pan. Thankfully I was recommended to Paul by someone who he had done a complete bathroom refurb for. It was a frustrating small job, but he patiently worked through to find the source of the problem and now it’s resolved. I’m elated. His communication skills are excellent to, responding quickly to messages. I would highly recommend Paul. He is a very professional tradesman.
