  Kitchen Refurbishment

  Steve did a great job for us with our kitchen. Professional and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of his trade, always hard working and never late. An efficient and well run job, finishing on time and on budget. For me, it was important to find an installer who would be honest with me from the off, who could offer sensible advice and be focussed on my job alone whilst at the same time be friendly around my family . Steve was all the above and is now my dogs best mate. Very happy with the service and our sleek, new modern kitchen. Hard to imagine using anyone else. Highly recommended.

  Complete Property Renovation

  I would highly recommend Innovation & Steven for arranging absolutely everything, especially when you live 12,000 miles away on the other side of the world. He redesign and fitted a new kitchen, combined family bathroom/ walk-in shower wetroom being tiled floor to ceiling. Solid Oak flooring my 3-bed Victorian apartment as well as full redecoration both internally & externally. Heating & electrical repairs. Steven kept me updated all the way and he's attention to detail was unbelievable. The property was with the estate agents for a week and was snapped up, at a higher yield than expected.

  Refurbishment/replacement of Kitchen and Bathroom in Victorian conversion flat

  Having used Innovation over 10 years before - I immediately reached out to them to quote on these works. Waited a few months due to timings, but the level of communication provided by Steve and his dad - walking md through the process/works from the detailed quote to helping source materials was worth the wait. As the works took place in a flat, It was really appreciated that Steve and team were very considerate of my neighbours - as to when they started work and any possible obstructions that may occur. The job was completed as specified and they dealt managed to incorporate all changes

  Preparing external brick wall and applying water protection cream

  Innovation Interiors was recommended to me by two friends who had successfully used them before. I was impressed with Steven's approach to the work, providing a clear and comprehensive description of what he planned to do, as well as outlying the limitations of his work. Steven's attention to detail in preparing the wall and applying the water protection cream was clear. Steven is punctual, courteous and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Innovation Interiors to others.

  New boiler and mains water feed. Oak flooring laid on four floors and stair case. New bannisters.

  All work done to a very high standard. Sensible Covid-19 precautions. Time keeping excellent. Premises left in a clean and tidy state. Work covered include: 1. A new central heating boiler on a pressurised system, also upgrading the incoming mains feed supply to improve the water pressure in all bath/ shower rooms throughout the property. 2. New 18mm solid Oak hardwood flooring within the open plan loft study/ bedroom area and all staircase landing levels. 3. New Oak effect laminate flooring within both of the 2nd floor front and rear bedrooms including a matching scotia beading

  To strip out an en-suite bathroom, right back to the brickwork, and rebuild it.

  Work completed to a very high standard in challenging conditions. The old en-suite was completely gutted, and then rebuilt from scratch. Considerable attention to fine detail. A broad range of skills and competency demonstrated, particularly with some very difficult tile work, which I thought was impossible. Be aware, however, these guys like to start early. Every morning they were at my door at 06:30am...... The final result? Stunning!
