One of the eleven plumbers I'd contacted only one that actually turned up when he said, communicated constantly and kept me updated on everything, came to look at the jobs, explained everything to me and then sent me an invoice explaining the prices and breaking them down, his tiler was great and everything was done with no issues. Will and have recommended him to friends and family.

Needed an external tap repaired, contacted Integrity Plumb via Checkatrade, and I was amazed at how quickly I got a response, also very reliable and fixed the issue in no time at all, along with being a fair price. I was contacted in the day of my job listing by Luke, this was a Sunday. A estimate time was arranged the following day for a visit to review the job. Contacted on the day and a time agreed. Luke turned up promptly and was very helpful. At this stage Luke and the company lived up to their name. Integrity is accurate indeed, Luke advised that no work was needed and that the current pipe set up was adequate, he was polite and courteous throughout. There was no charge for the visit. Huge respect for Luke and the honesty shown, would highly recommend to anyone.
