    I thought our mortise lock didn’t meet insurance requirements. He confirmed that it did but needed to be adjusted so it would work properly again. Did a really good job and also adjusted top lock. Cut additional keys as needed for mortise lock. Excellent service ,honest , professional and cleaned up really well. Would highly recommend and use again

I spoke with Tim the next morning, he was extremely personable and I felt totally confident in him carrying out the work for my father. He completed the job the same day and my father was delighted with the outcome. Tim kindly text me to say the job had been completed, which I thought was a really nice touch.
