The tradesperson Zak was very thorough and knowledgeable. Investigated fault and identified leak. Ordered spare parts and returned to install and complete the repair on agreed date. Machine now working properly.

Tried to repair washing machine-not able to fix it. Bought new washing machine via plumber Z Ibrahim. Excellent service, inc delivery and old machine taken away.

From start to finish the company were excellent and easy to deal with. Zak arrived on time and was efficient and friendly throughout. A competent and professional tradesman.

Zak attended job on day and time agreed. Thoroughly investigated the source of the leak. Explained internal drain pipe needed replacing due to puncture hole. Order part and agreed day time to fit. Attended on day time agreed and fitted the new pipe. Checked for leaks and machine working correctly. Machine is working correctly and have completed two full washes without problems. Zak was a friendly and efficient engineer. Explained the repairs clearly, charged a reasonable cost. Cleared up work area and machine after completing the repair.

Made sure to be available at short notice to fix what we needed. Recommend!
