Purchased an electric fire from this company in November 2025 . They came to fit the fire the following week the flue pipe apparently was out of sock and it was agreed that this would be fitted as soon as it was available . Unfortunately the fire was damaged during the fitting . The owner advised that he had another fire in stock and once the flue pipe was received would replace the damaged fire and fit the flue pipe. Since then I have been given numerous excuses and 6 months later still await undamaged fire and flue pipe .

Speedy response to initial enquiry, great, professional service, would use again.

Mis-info at showroom, told engineer would disconnect then re-fit which he did - sweep then unable to work - job suspended. 2nd attempt all ok.
