Helpful, reliable, and professional. Came at the time he had told me he was coming. Texted me when he was on the way so I would be ready for his arrival. Called me outside to see what had caused the blockage so I will be able to avoid it happening again in the future. Competitive price. Highly recommend this tradesmen if your drains get blocked.

I was in contact with John Goodes in the morning and he came round in the afternoon to sort out my block drain. He is incredibly professional and efficient. He knew exactly what to do without me saying much and sorted the issue in about five minutes. He also has a team of people he works with, one of which is coming round to fit parts, so he is a one stop shop. John is very reliable and clearly very experienced. Highly recommend!

engineer came and flushed drainpipe soakaway channel. explained in detail what was done & what needs doing in the short term. very knowledgeable and suggested alternatives.
