    We contacted Russell very last minute for a leak in our loft. He squeezed us in as quickly as he could (which was quick!) and sorted it all out. Such a relief as we were flying overseas the next day.

  • Had an urgent gas fix needed

    I called JBT needing an urgent job done as our gas had to be switched off. Despite them already being on a job, they said they would come as soon as possible aftwards. He came in under 2 hours the same day. Despite it chucking it down with rain, he stood outside and fixed the issue very quickly, and also made a point of testing everything afterwards, the boiler, taps, cooker etc. I also expected it to cost more than it did. I'm really grateful!!! Highly recommended.

    THE PLUMBER TURNED UP WELL ON TIME, FIXED THE LEAK, HE WAS POLITE AND LEFT EVERYTHING VERY TIDY. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.
